OUR STORY
Holt Park & Campground is owned by the Town of Spruce and was acquired when the Holt Lumber Company donated the property to the town in 1923 to be used as a park and campground.

The park is located on Kelly Lake which is a 367-acre lake and home to walleye, pike, northern and a variety of pan fish. We feature a handicapped dock for those individuals who need a secure place to throw out a line or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There are also several fishing spots along the park's walking trail accessible from the shore.

We have two designated swim areas, a playground area, and picnic tables and grills for a fun and leisure family day!

We have seasonal sites across the road from the park and daily camping lakeside adjacent to the park. All sites, (except for #37) include electric and water hook-up.
There is a shower house with toilets and hot coin showers, so make sure to bring some quarters along.

The campground is pet friendly, but dogs must be leashed at all times.
Park Managers are on-site Friday – Sunday to assist campers.

We offer a dump station for registered campers only; others will pay a $10 dump fee.

My family has spent a few weekends camping in Holt park and we love it! The people are friendly, the bathrooms are clean and well stocked and the beach is perfect for our family. One of the seasonal families even took my kids out on a tube ride! Someone also organized a movie night for the kids.
